Live tutor-led online training is a time-efficient and economical way to gain valuable new Microsoft Office skills quickly. We can deliver our full range of Microsoft courses on both Zoom and Teams.
How does virtual training work?
You simply join your online training event at the prearranged time, using a link which we email to you. Once in the virtual training room, you will be able to see the tutor’s live demonstrations and be guided step by step through each exercise, just as you would face to face. You will also be able to share your own desktop and speak with the tutor who can coach you individually as required. We can deliver your Microsoft Office training on Zoom or Teams.
What equipment do I need?
All you need to take part in live virtual online training is a PC or laptop with a microphone and speakers or headphones / earbuds. A webcam is not essential, although you are very welcome to use one if you wish. Your tutor will use a webcam throughout the training. Most laptops now come equipped with everything that you need and taking part in virtual online training is now simple and fuss free.
Can I interact with virtual online training?
Absolutely and this is one of the big advantages of tutor-led live training. You will be able to ask questions at any point, just as you would in a classroom situation. Virtual classes are kept to a maximum of 10 learners to ensure that everyone receives as much personal tuition as needed.
Do I get anything at the end of the course?
After completion of your training, each delegate receives a personal certificate of achievement which counts towards their CPD.
What Does Virtual Online Training Cost?
Virtual training is priced per group, like our onsite courses. However, online rates are a little lower:
- 1-3 delegates: £500
- 4-6 delegates: £550
- 7-10 delegates: £600
- 10+ delegates: £600 + £60 per additional delegate
